Sleeping up to 6 people, this property offers a beautifully renovated kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and family-sized fridge. The large island bench accommodates additional seating options and promotes quality time together during mealtimes.

Comfort is assured with a split system air-conditioner and ceiling fans in the living areas and both bedrooms. The BBQ courtyard at the rear of the house offers a private and quiet space to relax and unwind and overlooks the fully fenced backyard making it the perfect space for children and pets to play. Side gates allow for off street parking with ample room for a boat.

The spacious main bedroom offers a queen bed and built-in cupboards while the second bedroom has two single beds. The fully enclosed sunroom at the entrance offers two additional single beds and is a relaxing, sunny spot to kick back and unwind after a long day at the beach.Wifi is provided at this property for guest convenience.

The peaceful and convenient location of Blue Gum Cottage means it’s a short stroll to parks, Amity jetty and swimming enclosure, the Amity Tavern and the Amity General Store.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
